When checking the puzzle section in your inventory, you will find a note that says: « The merchants located in the town northwest of Jarjaraya refuse to pay taxes. The note indicates that you should look for a small town located northwest of Jarjaraya. If you travel in that direction, you will find a town that is completely ruined and burned. Apparently, they did not pay off the debt they owed and as a consequence, the town was burned down. In the following image you can see the map with the exact location of the town.
To locate the buried treasure, look at one of the houses that has a tall burned tree next to it. Head to the back of that house. There, in addition to finding several coins scattered around the area, you will see several white flashes. Interacting with them will earn you a new dye for Basim’s Hidden Outfit. You can change the color of this outfit as long as you have it in your inventory. You can’t put this dye on any other outfit.
